ORLEN Petrobaltic is part of the Upstream segment of the ORLEN Group, responsible for exploration and production activities in the Baltic Sea. It is the only Polish company that comprehensively carries out the entire process – from the exploration and appraisal of deposits to the production of crude oil and natural gas.

The company conducts hydrocarbon production under two mining licenses – B3 and B8. In addition, it holds two licenses for the exploration and appraisal of deposits in the Polish exclusive economic zone with a total area of 2,296 km², located in the eastern part of the maritime territory of the Republic of Poland.
The company’s production assets include five offshore platforms – two drilling platforms and three production platforms, including the modern unmanned PG-1 facility. Offshore operations are supported by a fleet of tugboats, guard vessels, salvage vessels and tankers, as well as by an onshore base with a transshipment quay in Gdańsk. Advanced technical facilities and the many years of experience of the team ensure the safe and efficient conduct of operations in demanding offshore conditions.
Within the structure of the ORLEN Petrobaltic Capital Group operates the company Energobaltic, which deals with the management of waste gas accompanying the extraction of oil from beneath the Baltic seabed. The Władysławowo Combined Heat and Power Plant uses this gas to produce electricity, heat, LPG and gas condensate. Milian Group companies, i.e. TSM - Technical Ship Management, provide maritime logistics services to ORLEN Petrobaltic, including oil storage and transportation, salvage and anti-spill assistance, as well as geotechnical work. The group also includes special purpose vehicles: SPV BALTIC Sp.zo.o. SPV BALTIC and SPV PETRO Sp.zo.o. SPV PETRO, established to implement specialised investment projects.
